Heavy rain and lightning are expected to affect more than 10 Arab countries in the coming days.

Arab Weather - Arab Weather forecasts indicate that several Arab countries will be affected during the coming days by unstable weather conditions, resulting in the formation of thunderclouds and chances of rainfall in multiple areas, which may be heavy at times and accompanied by hail and dust-raising downdrafts at times.

Libya
Several areas of northern Libya are expected to experience unstable weather conditions on Sunday and Monday, with the proliferation of thunderclouds and scattered showers of rain, which may be heavy at times and possibly accompanied by hail, in addition to dust-raising downdrafts in some areas.

Egypt and the Levant
On Tuesday, there is a chance of thunderstorms and rain showers in parts of northern Egypt , including areas of the North Coast and the Suez Gulf highlands, especially during the afternoon and evening hours.

In the Levant, there is a chance of showers on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, with the rain becoming thundery in many areas on Tuesday, with the possibility of some locally heavy rainfall.

Iraq
Unstable weather conditions will prevail over various parts of Iraq on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with the increase of thunderclouds and chances of thundershowers of rain, concentrated more in the Kurdistan Region and some northern areas, and possibly accompanied by hail showers.

Saudi Arabia
Thunderstorms are expected to increase over the southwestern highlands of the Kingdom, in addition to parts of the central and eastern regions, towards the end of the week, according to the National Center, where there is a chance of thunderstorms.

Qatar, Bahrain, the UAE, and Oman

Starting Thursday, the chances of thunderstorms will extend to parts of Qatar, Bahrain, some areas of the UAE, as well as northern Oman, with the possibility of scattered showers.
