من جانب آخر، انقطعت الكهرباء عن ستة آلاف منزل، فيما تلقت خدمات الإنقاذ أكثر من 200 مكالمة هاتفية للنجدة، وتقطعت السبل بركاب ضواحي المدينة، حيث أدت الفيضانات بإغلاق الطرق وتعطل إشارات المرور مع سقوط الأشجار على الطرق الرئيسية.
