خلال ساعات الليل، تنخفض درجات الحرار الصغرى بشكل ملموس وتكون الأجواء شديدة البرودة. وتكون بحدود الصفر المئوي أو مادون في أغلب المناطق الداخلية من البلاد. حيث يتوقع تشكل الصقيع والانجماد في أجزاء واسعة من البلاد وخاصةً المناطق الجبلية وصحراء النقب.
