Arab Weather - The latest satellite images from the "Arab Weather" Center show the beginning of the Kingdom being affected by a state of atmospheric instability and the beginning of the proliferation of clouds in different regions of the Kingdom.

The same satellite images show amounts of rainy cumulus clouds currently affecting parts of the southern Dead Sea region and western Karak Governorate, accompanied by thunder and active wind speeds.

The latest weather forecasts for the coming hours indicate that the Kingdom will gradually be affected by a state of atmospheric instability, especially during the late evening hours and tonight, as the opportunity for thunderstorms is expected to occur in the south of the Kingdom, after which the opportunity will gradually extend over time to concentrate in the desert areas, especially the central desert, including areas such as Al-Qatrana, Dabaa, Al-Zamila, the surrounding areas, and parts of the desert road. It is not unlikely that the rainfall will be heavy at some time in some narrow geographical areas and accompanied by hail, which will lead to the flow of valleys and ravines and the formation of desert torrents and perhaps the occurrence of transferred torrents (the transfer of torrents from an area with rainfall to another area that does not necessarily have been exposed to any rainfall).

During the night, these rain showers are expected to include other areas of the Kingdom, but in a random and irregular manner. There is still a chance that these random showers will be accompanied by thunder, and they may be heavy in limited areas and accompanied by hail.
