Arab Weather - The latest weather analyses indicate that the Kingdom will be affected, God willing, by a new low-pressure system classified as a third-degree low-pressure system (moderate to highly effective), starting tomorrow morning, Monday. Its characteristics include the speed of its movement and the short duration of its impact, as it will continue until Monday/Tuesday night.

Characteristics of the low-pressure system expected tomorrow, Monday, December 29, 2025:

• It is fast-acting and short-lived: its effects begin on Monday morning and end on Monday/Tuesday night.
• Fast-acting but effective: Despite the short duration of this low-pressure system, it is accompanied by heavy rainfall covering most regions of the Kingdom, especially the north and center of the Kingdom and the southern highlands. The intensity is more clearly concentrated in the northern regions, and the rain may be accompanied locally by thunderstorms and hail.
• The formation of torrents and a large flow of valleys and ravines: One of the characteristics of the low-pressure system is the presence of a high rate of rainfall, especially in the north and south of the Kingdom, which leads to the formation of torrents and a large flow of valleys and ravines and a rise in the water level.
• Strong winds and dust : The low pressure system is also expected to be accompanied by strong gusts of wind that may reach speeds of about 90–100 km/h, which will cause dense sandstorms in desert areas and roads, especially on the Amman-Baghdad International Road, which requires caution while driving.
