UAE: Unstable weather during the day precedes the peak impact of the low-pressure system tonight

Arab Weather App - God willing, unstable weather conditions are expected on Thursday, as clouds increase at different altitudes and the chance of thunderstorms with rain increases over time in various parts of the country. These storms can be heavy at times, especially in the eastern and northeastern regions, and may be accompanied by hail showers.

Starting from the evening and night hours of Thursday/Friday, an air front will gradually cross the country, as cloud cover increases in the atmosphere, and thunderstorms become very active in the waters of the Arabian Gulf, moving quickly towards large areas of the Emirates, especially the northern ones. These thunderstorms will be accompanied by many weather phenomena, including heavy rain, strong thunderstorms, lightning, and possibly heavy and accumulating showers of hail, which may be large in size in some areas.

Winds also become very active during the passage of the cold front and thunderclouds, causing sea waves to become turbulent in the Arabian Gulf, whether near the northern coasts or in the deep sea. It is also possible that waterspouts will be active over the waters of the Arabian Gulf and near some of the country’s coasts during the passage of thunderstorms.
