Saudi Arabia: A seasonal high pressure system is depriving the Kingdom of rain, but for how long?
Arab Weather - The latest computer simulations indicate that the seasonal upper high will continue to dominate the Arabian Peninsula, including Saudi Arabia, over the coming days. This will be accompanied by stable weather across most regions, with the possibility of limited activity in some southwestern highlands tomorrow.
Despite the beginning of the jet stream's break to the south, rain conditions are still far from the Kingdom.
Experts at the Arab Weather Center explained that the jet stream has begun to deepen southward, heading toward northern Africa. This will likely affect parts of the Maghreb countries with unstable weather conditions accompanied by thunderstorms in the coming days.
However, the Kingdom remains outside the scope of these conditions, as there are no indications, at least until early November, that the jet streams will deepen southward enough to push the cold upper troughs toward the Arabian Peninsula.
And God knows best.
