For its part, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia announced that the validity of the Umrah visa is up to 3 months from the date of issuance, with its expiration on Dhul-Qi’dah 15 of each Hijri year, based on coordination with the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs to facilitate Hajj season procedures.

In a related context, the Ministry warned pilgrims wishing to perform Hajj rituals against falling victim to the fake Hajj campaigns for this year 1445/2024, which advertise their services through social media in a number of countries, stressing the necessity of obtaining a Hajj visa issued by the relevant authorities in the Kingdom and in coordination.
