Saudi Arabia: A new wave of rain covers several regions of the Kingdom, and all eyes are on Riyadh

Arab Weather - The latest weather maps at the Arab Weather Center indicate that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be affected by a new rainy condition in the coming days, resulting from the convergence of what is called the Red Sea depression in the layers of the atmosphere close to the Earth's surface with the approach of a very cold air mass in the upper layers of the atmosphere; such that the opportunity is prepared for rain to fall in some areas in the next two days, but it will expand by the end of the week, God willing.

• Tuesday, February 11, 2025: Gradually, clouds will appear at different altitudes in the middle of the Kingdom, interspersed with some scattered rain clouds in the northeastern regions and parts of Qassim and Hail, and the rain will be in narrow areas in general.
• Wednesday, February 12: A strong air mass in the upper layers is approaching the Kingdom, increasing the chances of rain in the eastern region, especially the northern parts, north of Riyadh and Qassim, and accompanied by thunderstorms at times and activity in surface winds.
• Thursday, February 13: The very cold air mass deepens, forming a rain belt extending over parts of the Eastern Province, northern Riyadh, Qassim, and parts of the western part of the Kingdom.
• Friday, February 14: The rain belt will cover the city of Riyadh, God willing, especially in the morning hours, and will sometimes be accompanied by thunder.
