The extension of the Red Sea trough is bringing active easterly winds ahead of the expected weather fluctuations this month.

Arab Weather - The weather maps at the Arab Weather Center indicate that the Kingdom will be affected, God willing, on Wednesday, March 11, by an extension of what is called the Red Sea depression, which will lead to a rise in temperatures. Despite this rise, it is expected that the easterly winds will become active, which will increase the feeling of cold, and therefore the weather will remain cold, especially in the morning hours, in conjunction with an increase in the percentage of dust in the atmosphere.

The Red Sea trough will affect the Kingdom on Wednesday

The Kingdom will be affected tomorrow, Wednesday, God willing, by the extension of the Red Sea depression, with temperatures rising to become about 2 to 3 degrees Celsius higher than their usual averages for this time of year, but the perceived temperature felt by the human body will be lower than that due to the activity of the easterly winds.

The weather will be cold, especially in the morning, then tend to become pleasant in the low-lying areas during the afternoon. East winds will be active, leading to varying levels of dust in the air from one area to another.

Unstable weather conditions and fluctuations are expected in the Kingdom.
