تقع فوهة بركان الوعبة على بعد 6 كيلومترات شمال قرية حفر كشب الواقعة على بعد 30 كيلو مترًا من قرية أم الدوم في محافظة الطائف بالسعودية. تكسو الفوهة طبقة ملحية بيضاء ويرجع سبب اكتسابها لهذا اللون لمياه الأمطار التي تتجمع في قاعها مكونة بحيرة صغيرة بغاية الروعة والجمال.
بعض الباحثين أرجع تواجد المياه داخل الفوهة إلى سقوط نيزك في الأزمنة الغابرة، لكن ذلك لم يُثبت حتى اليوم، كما يلاحظ وجود النخيل والأشجار و الأعشاب الصحراوية حول الفوهة، وهذا ما يعطيها صبغة جمالية بغاية الروعة.
