Arabia Weather - Direct satellite images received and processed at the Arabia Weather Center indicated that a belt of thunderclouds extends over large areas of the Riyadh administrative region, including the capital, and extends to the center of the Eastern Province, including Dammam, Khobar, and even the Arabian Gulf basin.

These clouds are accompanied by rainfall of varying intensity, accompanied by the occurrence of thunderstorms and the falling of papyrus, which leads to significant flow of valleys and reefs and a rise in water levels.
