Arab Weather - The latest weather forecasts at the Arab Weather Center indicate that the Kingdom will be affected tonight by an influx of very cold polar winds, accompanied by very cold weather with chances of some precipitation, which may be in the form of scattered snow over the highlands, especially the southern parts of the Kingdom, in addition to parts of the far eastern Badia.

Very cold weather on Friday/Saturday night and chances of rain continue

During the hours of Friday/Saturday night, the effect of the strong polar winds deepens and coincides with some precipitation. The weather will be very cold in general, and the minimum temperature will reach zero degrees Celsius in the desert areas, the eastern plains, and the high mountains, with rain falling in some areas. The precipitation will be in the form of snowfall over the high mountain heights, especially the southern parts of the Kingdom, in addition to parts of the far eastern desert. The winds will be northwesterly and light in speed.

Saturday: Cold weather in all regions with scattered clouds

During the day on Saturday 2/8/2025, temperatures tend to rise slightly, remaining about two degrees Celsius below average, and the weather will be cold in many areas with scattered clouds. The winds will be northwesterly and moderate in speed.

Saturday/Sunday Night: Very cold winds with no weather activity to affect the Kingdom and widespread frost with warnings for farmers

The specialized weather maps show that the night cold will reach its peak during the hours of Saturday/Sunday night as a result of the Kingdom being affected by very cold winds, but without any weather activity, as night temperatures will drop to be close to zero degrees Celsius in several parts of the Kingdom during the late night hours, and in the Shara Mountains, the Badia regions, and parts of the eastern plains, temperatures may drop below zero degrees Celsius.
