The rain is sometimes very heavy in some neighborhoods and is accompanied by showers of hail and the occurrence of Strong thunderstorms, resulting in a rise in the water level in some cities and neighborhoods, the occurrence of water bodies, and perhaps torrential rains in the roads as a result of thunderstorms.
