موقع ArabiaWeather.com – مساحات شاسعة من غابات الساحل الغربي من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية تحترق منذ أشهر عديدة في واحدة من أكثر كوارث حرائق الغابات دماراَ في تاريخها، فمن ولاية كاليفورنيا غرباَ وحتى ولاية متشيغان في الشمال الشرقي يشاهد سكان هذه المناطق ليس فقط السماء السديمية بل يظهر لهم القمر بلون مختلف عن المعتاد حيث يظهر حالياَ بلون  برتقالي قاتم.

 

فحرائق الغابات لاتزال مستعرة في الجزء الغربي من قارة أمريكا الشمالية بدأَ من ولاية كاليفورنيا مروراَ في ولايات إيداهو ، مونتانا ، واشنطن  وتصل إلى ولاية ألاسكا ، وقد قدَرت مساحة الغابات التي أحترقت لغاية الآن بحوالي 3.15 مليون هكتار وهي بذلك تعتبر سابع أكبر مساحة من الغابات التي تحترق في تاريخ الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
