Promising news regarding Jordan and the Levant
Arab Weather - The latest outputs of numerical models and computer simulations indicate that a cooler than usual air mass will rush towards the eastern regions of the European continent and the eastern basin of the Mediterranean Sea next week.
The effects of this air mass extend to include large parts of the Levant, where temperatures are expected to decrease compared to previous days, resulting in moderate summer weather during the daytime, especially over the mountainous highlands, while it tends towards relative coolness during the night and dawn hours, especially in the mountainous regions.
The forecast also indicates the availability of opportunities for the formation of low clouds, with the possibility of some rain falling on some coastal areas, especially on parts of the Syrian coast, the Lebanese coast and possibly the Palestinian coast, as a result of the region being affected by more moderate and humid maritime air currents.
These forecasts remain subject to update as new readings from weather models are released, and we will review more details about the expected weather conditions and their effects through the video presented by weather forecaster Omar Al-Dajani.
