موقع ArabiaWeather.com- أكدت وكالة الأرصاد الجوية اليابانية أن زلزال بقوة 6.9 درجات على مقياس ريختر ضرب منطقة توهوكو شمال شرقي اليابان في الساعة الثامنة من صباح اليوم الثلاثاء، ما أدى إلى تشكل تسونامي بارتفاع 20 سنتمتراً ضرب سواحل منطقة إيواتي الواقعة على المحيط الهادئ.

 

وحذرت الوكالة من أمواج تسونامي لاحقة بارتفاعات قد تصل إلى المتر، عقب الزلزال الذي تركز على عمق 10 كيلومترات تحت الرصيف البحري في مياه المحيط الهادئ على بعد 210 كيلومترات من مدينة مياكي في محافظة إيواتي.

 

وقامت محطة تلفزيون إن.اتش.كيه العامة بعرض لقطات مصورة مباشرة تظهر اهتزازاً قوياً لمبان في مقاطعة أوموري على بعد حوالي 700 كيلومتر شمالي طوكيو.
