Ingredients:
- Chicken breast: 500 grams (sliced fillet)
 - Garlic: two cloves (soft mashed)
 - Shawarma spices: a tablespoon
 - Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
 - Orange zest: 1 teaspoon
 - Yogurt: 2 tbsp
 - Cardamom: a quarter of a teaspoon (ground)
 - Olive oil: a tablespoon
 
Preparation method:
- Mix the oil, zest of lemon and yogurt in a plate.
 - Add shawarma spices, black pepper, cardamom, and garlic, and stir to mix.
 - Add the chopped chicken and mix well with the marinade, cover the plate and put it in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
 - Take the shawarma from the marinade and put it in a frying pan over a medium heat, stirring for 20 minutes, until it becomes tender.
 - Served with French fries, Arabic bread and garlic sauce, to taste.
