How to make a vegetarian pizza

Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons white sugar
• 1 (0.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
• 1 cup warm water
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 4 heads garlic, peeled
• 2 cups olive oil or as needed
• 1 tablespoon dried oregano
• 1 tablespoon dried basil
• 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
• 1 teaspoon dried sage
• 1 cup nutritional yeast
• 3 cups soft tomato sauce
• ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 avocado - peeled and sliced

Preparation method:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
• Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water in a large bowl. Let the yeast stand until the yeast is cooked and begins to form a creamy froth, about 5 minutes. Stir the flour with the yeast mixture until the dough holds together. Knead the dough on a surface sprinkled with a little flour, until smooth and elastic, 6 to 8 minutes. The dough is placed in a bowl and covered with a towel. Set aside until the dough is slightly softened, about 30 minutes.
• Place peeled garlic cloves in an 8-by-8-inch baking dish; Add olive oil, thyme, basil, marjoram and sage.
• Bake garlic in a preheated oven until soft, for 30 to 40 minutes. Take out from the oven and cool down.
• Grease the baking tray with a layer of chilled olive oil with the herbs. Spread the dough on a baking tray with oil. Spread more oil and herbs over the dough.
• Mash the garlic cloves in a bowl using a juicer or fork. Stir nutritional yeast in crushed garlic. Add a little olive herbal oil if the mixture is dry. Stir in the tomato sauce with the garlic mixture. Spread the sauce on the dough. Lay the red onion slices on top.
• Bake in the preheated oven until crusty, 10-20 minutes. Arrange the avocado slices on top of the pizza.
