Arab Weather - Tropical Cyclone Rajasa in the western Pacific Ocean has developed into a devastating Category 5 storm on Monday, with sustained winds estimated at 185-190 km/h (115-190 mph) and gusts as high as 230-234 km/h (135-144 mph). It is considered the strongest cyclone to threaten the Philippines this season and is currently moving over the Philippine Sea east of Luzon Island.
