Weather data indicates that the central and southern regions of Iraq, particularly the city of Basra and its outskirts, will be among the areas most affected by the heat wave, with temperatures approaching 50 degrees Celsius, coupled with dry weather and hot winds that increase the sensation of heat.

The anticipated heat wave also includes Kuwait, which is expected to witness a significant rise in temperatures, especially in the interior and desert regions, where the weather will become extremely hot, with temperatures approaching 50 degrees Celsius in the interior regions.

The area of extreme heat is expanding to include the eastern region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Dammam and Al-Ahsa, where the weather is expected to be extremely hot, with temperatures approaching 50 degrees Celsius, amid exhausting conditions during the daytime hours.
