This type of supercell is accompanied by heavy rainfall with a high rate of abundance, in addition to being accompanied by strong thunderstorms and the falling of hailstones in large quantities. The exceptional weather conditions are expected to include a number of the United States, especially the states of Texas, Oklahoma, and the surrounding states overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

The warning index rises to the severe level, and heavy rainfall threatens the risk of flooding.
