Weather forecasters said that the cold air mass is expected to be accompanied by strong winds that stir up dust and sand during Sunday in large areas of the country, which may sometimes reach the level of a storm in exposed areas, especially on the northern coasts overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, where some wind gusts may reach more than 70 km/h in coastal areas. While it becomes less severe in the rest of the interior areas, it remains active in the rest of the northern regions and may sometimes stir up sand and dust in some exposed areas as well.
