Arabia Weather - The weather forecast team at the Arab Regional Weather Center recently issued long-range weather forecasts for the summer season of this year, 2024 AD, and includes preliminary forecasts for temperatures, rain forecasts, and their deviations from their rates for the months (June, July, and August) as follows: :

General situation:

• Temperatures were higher than average in Egypt and Sudan.
• Exhausting heat waves may affect southern and central Sudan during the month of June.
• The need for cooling and energy increases during the summer months.
• Thunderstorms and seasonal rains turned below average in southern and central Sudan.

Detailed weather forecast for each month:

First month: (June 2024)

• Temperatures: about higher than averages in Egypt, and higher than averages in Sudan.
• Rain: No significant rain in Egypt, and seasonal rains below average in South Sudan.
• Description of the month: Heat waves affect South Sudan primarily, and Central Sudan secondly, with seasonal rains below their usual rates, while in Egypt, temperatures are about higher than average.

Second month: (July 2024)

• Rain: No significant rain in Egypt, and rain is beginning to improve in southern and eastern Sudan, becoming around above average.
