Weather of Arabia - Sinan Khalaf - The National Committee for Emergency Management issued a short while ago an important statement calling for the immediate evacuation of areas within the direct impact of Hurricane Shaheen, from the Wilayat of Barka to the Wilayat of Saham, as well as the coastal strip of Muscat Governorate and some coastal areas of the South Al Sharqiyah Governorate.

In its statement, the committee stated that the residents of these areas should evacuate their homes and go to the shelters announced in various media outlets.
