وفي إطار أعمال التقصي الوبائي والمتابعة المستمرة للفايروس الجديد الُسبب لمتلازمة الشرق الأوسط التنفسية MERS-COV تم رصد هؤلاء الحالتين في العاصمة الرياض .
وبذلك يرتفع عدد الوفيات بهذا الفايروس الى 51 وفاة .
