موقع ArabiaWeather.com- نشر الموقع الإلكتروني لقناة رؤيا عملية قيام فرق الإنقاذ في مديرية الدفاع المدني وكوادر بلدية إربد، بانتشال سيارة أجرة غرقت بعد تدفُق مياه السيول إلى حي المطارق، وهو أحد أحياء شمال مدينة إربد.

 

وكانت مدينة إربد قد تعرضت إلى أمطار غزيرة جرّاء تأثُر المملكة بمُنخفض جوي، حيثُ بلغ مُعدل الأمطار الهاطلة قبل تشكُل السيول نحو 70 ملم/ساعة، مع كميّة أمطار كُليّة بلغت 17.2 ملم حتّى الساعة 9:00 مساءً.

 

وبحسب موقع "رؤيا" الإخباري فإن سبب تجمُع النفايات داخل مناهل المياه أدّى إلى إغلاقها بشكل كُلّي، مما منع تصريف المياه بشكل سليم وبالتالي فيضان المنطقة وغرق سيارة الأجرة.

 

وكان موقع طقس العرب قد حذر من خطر تشكُل السيول "خاصة في شمال المملكة" نظراً لتأثر البلاد بمُنخفض جوي.
