موقع ArabiaWeather.com- رفدت مياه المنخفض الجوي الحالي السدود في المملكة بنحو 15 مليون متر مكعب، لترتفع كميات التخزين في السدود حتى صباح اليوم الأربعاء إلى 176 مليون متر مكعب، مشكلة ما نسبته 55% من إجمالي قدرة التخزين الكلي للسدود العشرة والبالغة 325 مليون متر مكعب بزيادة وصلت لحوالي 5 ملايين متر مكعب عن كمية تخزين السدود في نفس الفترة من العام الماضي، وفقاً لوزارة المياه والري.

 

وكانت المملكة قد تعرضت منذ يوم الأحد الماضي لمنخفض جوي مصحوب بكتلة هوائية قطبية المنشأ رافقه تساقط كثيف للثلوج في عدة مناطق من المملكة، وكانت متراكمة فوق الألف متر، وتدنت على فترات إلى المناطق االتي يبلغ ارتفاعها 900 متر، في حين تساقطت الأمطار الغزيرة في باقي المناطق في الأيام الماضية.
