قامت حديقة حيوان في العاصمة البريطانية لندن ، بإخضاع نمر سومطري يدعى "جي جي " لدورة تدريبية لتعلّم السباحة لكي يتمكن من تبريد نفسه وتخفيف وطأة الحر !

 

هذا وتقول صحيفة "إندبندنت" البريطانية أن النمر السومطري في البداية رفض دخول المياه العميقة ، واقتصر على المياه الضحلة ! إلا أن عمّال حديقة حيوان لندن تمكنوا من إقناعه بالسباحة في المياه العميقة ، بعد أن وضعوا طعامه على طوّافة لتحفيزه على دخول الجزء العميق .
