موقع ArabiaWeather.com- أدت الأحوال الجوية السائدة والرياح العاتية بمنطقة مانهاتن بمدينة نيويورك الأمريكية إلى سقوط رافعة بناءٍ عملاقة، مُتسببة بمقتل شخص على الأقل وإصابة عددٍ آخر بإصابات وُصفت بالخطيرة.

 

وأشارت تقارير عن مسؤولين بإدارة الإطفاء في نيويورك إلى أن رافعة البناء العملاقة قد سقطت بفعل الرياح على إحدى الطرق الفرعية بمنطقة ترايبيكا، ما تسبب بتدمير عددٍ كبير من المركبات، إضافة إلى إلحاق أضرارٍ ببعض المباني.
