وكانت محافظة الخرمة قد تعرضت خلال الـ 48 ساعة الماضية لهطول أمطار غزيرة تشكلت على إثرها السيول، وشاركت طائرات القيادة العامة لطيران الأمن في إنقاذ عددٍ من المحتجزين في سيول وادي محافظة الخرمة التابعة لمنطقة مكة المكرمة؛ حيث تم إنقاذ ٤ مواطنين ومقيم هندي بينما توفي مواطن جرفته السيول، أمس الجمعة.
