موقع Arabiaweather.com- أعلنت وزارة الصحة السودانية عن تزايد ملحوظ في أعداد الوفيات الناتجة عن لدغات الأفاعي والعقارب في الأراضي السودانية، حيثُ سجّلت الوزارة 90 حالة وفاة وقرابة الـ 1000 إصابة بلدغات مُنتوعة من الحيوانات السامة.

 

وتأتي هذه الزيادة الكبيرة في أعداد الضحايا بالتزامن مع موجة الفيضانات التي تعصف بالسودان، حيثُ أُجبرت هذه الكائنات السامة والقاتلة على الهجرة من مساكنها حفاظاً على نفسها من الغرق والإحتماء في أمتعة ومنازل المواطنين.

 

وكانت أجزاء واسعة من السودان قد شهدت خلال الأسبوعين الأخيرين هطول أمطارٍ شديدة الغزارة صاحبها إرتفاعُ حاد بمنسوب مياه نهر النيل، لتتسبب بإغراق مناطق واسعة من البلاد بما فيها العاصمة الخرطوم.
