ArabiaWeather.com-  استهلك الاردنيون خلال النصف الأول من شهر رمضان المبارك 9 ملايين طير دجاج مقارنة بــ 6.5 مليون طير دجاج خلال الأشهر الأخرى من السنة، بحسب تقديرات رئيس الاتحاد النوعي لمربي الدواجن عبد الشكور جمجوم.

 

وأكد جمجوم تراجع  إقبال الأردنيين على شراء الدجاج خلال الفترة الحالية من الشهر مقارنة بالأيام الأولى منه، كما شهد انخفاضا في أسعار شراء الدواجن مقارنة بشهر رمضان في السنوات السابقة. ولفت أنه تم تربية 19 مليون طير دجاج لرمضان الحالي، ما يعادل 25 ألف طن.

 

 

ويبلغ عدد مزارع الدجاج (اللاحم والبياض والأمهات) في المملكة قرابة 2900 مزرعة، فيما يقدر حجم استهلاك المواطن الواحد من الدجاج من 35 الى 40 كيلوغراما سنويا.
