Experts at the Arab Weather Center are closely monitoring developments around Tropical Storm Flossie, which has intensified into a Category 2 hurricane over the Pacific Ocean off the western coast of Mexico in recent hours, according to the latest satellite imagery and internally developed remote sensing systems.
The cyclone is surrounded by a massive belt of cumulus clouds laden with heavy rain and thunderstorms, accompanied by strong winds reaching speeds of 177 km/h. According to the latest data recorded by the Arab Weather Center's Meteorological Monitoring Center, the following has been observed:
Computer modeling results indicate that the hurricane will move north and northwest over the coming period, penetrating the Pacific Ocean and away from land. Its intensity is expected to gradually decrease, but it has not yet recorded any direct impact on Mexican coastal areas. God knows best.
