موقع ArabiaWeather.com- أفادت مصادر حكومية في هاييتي، اليوم الجمعة، أن عدد الذين لقوا حتفهم بسبب الإعصار "ماثيو" الذي ضرب البلاد، ارتفع إلى 850 شخصا على الأقل.

 

وقالت وكالة الحماية المدنية المركزية في هايتي التي تستغرق وقتا أطول في حصر الأرقام، إن  نحو 61500 لا يزالون يحتمون في ملاجئ.

 

وقد وصل الإعصار ماثيو باكرا صباح الجمعة إلى الساحل الشرقي لولاية فلوريدا بالولايات المتحدة، مصحوبا برياح تزيد سرعتها عن 100 كلم في الساعة وأمطار غزيرة، بعدما خلف دمارا كبيرا في هايتي.
