Jordan: A belt of thunderstorms is currently covering three governorates in the Kingdom.

Arab Weather - The latest satellite images and weather radars at the Arab Weather Center indicate the formation of a belt of thunderstorms currently extending over the governorates of Madaba, Amman and Zarqa, accompanied by rainfall of varying intensity that may be heavy at times in some neighborhoods and areas.

These storms are accompanied by significant lightning and thunder activity, as well as strong local wind gusts. Caution is advised while driving due to reduced horizontal visibility and thunderstorms, in addition to avoiding open areas during thunderstorm activity.
