Jordan | The Grand Mufti of the Kingdom calls for the sighting of the Shawwal crescent on the evening of Tuesday, April 9

Weather of Arabia - The Grand Mufti of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Dr. Ahmed Al-Hasanat, called today, Monday, for sighting the crescent of the month of Shawwal for the year 1445 AH on the evening of Tuesday the twenty-ninth of the blessed month of Ramadan for the year 1445 AH, corresponding to the ninth of April 2024 AD.

On this honorable occasion, fatwa offices will open their doors throughout the Kingdom to receive citizens to testify about the sighting of the crescent moon.
