The National Center for Meteorology issued weather warnings for several regions, including Riyadh, the Eastern Province, and Makkah, warning of a strong heat wave that will raise temperatures to levels approaching 50 degrees Celsius, coinciding with active winds that will stir up dust and sand and a possible decrease in horizontal visibility.
These warnings will continue until 9:00 PM on Friday, June 12, 2026, with varying levels of warning between orange and yellow depending on the severity of the weather conditions in each region.
