وقد حولت كثافة الثلوج المتساقطة رفحاء إلى مدينة ناصعة البياض، حيثُ اكتست مساحات شاسعة من الميادين والبراري باللون الأبيض الناصع، يشار إلى أن هذه هي المرة الأولى التي يسجل فيها تساقط الثلوج بهذه الكثافة العالية على منطقة رفحاء.
