ArabiaWeather.com- تسببت الثلوج في بريطانيا والتي هطلت  بغزارة على عدد من مدن بريطانيا اليوم الخميس، بإغلاق أكثر من 100 مدرسة في كل من "مقاطعة هايلاندز" و"بيرث وكينروس" و"شيتلاند".

 

كما أغلقت أكثر من 200 مدرسة في ويلز وايرلندا الشمالية واسكتلندا يوم أمس الأربعاء وأوقفت الثلوج المتراكمة الخدمات في تلك المناطق خاصة المواصلات.

 

وتسببت الثلوج في بريطانيا أيضاً بتعليق العديد من خدمات السكك الحديدية، خاصة في اسكتلندا، كما غطت المناطق الشمالية، حيث صل سمكها فى بعض المناطق إلى عشر سنتيمترات.
