Arab Weather - The latest satellite images show large amounts of cumulonimbus clouds currently hovering over the highlands of Jazan and Asir in the southwest of the Kingdom. These clouds are accompanied by seasonal rain showers, sometimes heavy with thunderstorms, which could lead to flash floods in valleys and ravines, in addition to active downdrafts that raise dust.

Forecasts indicate that these seasonal rains will continue to affect the region over the coming hours, with the possibility of them extending to parts of the Al-Baha region. Therefore, it is recommended to monitor updates regularly and take precautions in flood-prone and mountainous areas.
