Areas covered by snow forecasts in North Africa

Arab Weather - God willing, the high mountain peaks in northern Algeria are expected to receive the first snowfall of the season starting on Friday, with snowfall continuing throughout Saturday.

Precipitation will affect areas above 1700 meters above sea level, with the peak expected Friday evening and night/Saturday morning extending to peaks above 1400 meters. Snow accumulation will increase with altitude and cloud cover during this period, with high peaks expected to receive significant amounts of snow that could disrupt daily life.

It is also possible that the mountain peaks in northern Tunisia will witness some snowfall, which may sometimes accumulate, God willing.
