وأشارت تقارير إلى أن أكثر من "٣٠٠" سيارة علقت داخل الشوارع التي تحولت إلى بحيرات، ما أدى لاستنفار كامل الجهات الأمنية على الطرق الداخلية والسريعة غرب وشرق المحافظة.
