Arab Weather - The village of Al-Rafai’a, southeast of the Hail region, witnessed a heroic humanitarian incident, after the child Fahd fell into a deep hole filled with rainwater. Citizen Mamdouh Al-Harbi heard the child’s cries and rushed towards the hole, and was able to rescue the child at the right moment, which prevented a tragic accident.
