وقال الشاكر بأن المملكة والمنطقة قد تشهد خلال فصل الشتاء الحالي انكساراً لحالة الجفاف التي سادت خلال السنوات الماضية، في حين توقع أن تكون درجات الحرارة أقل من معدلاتها عموماً.

 

وعن احتمالية تساقط الثلج خلال الموسم الشتوي الحالي قال الشاكر بأن الأمر غير مستبعد خاصة خلال الأيام الاخيرة من شهر ديسمبر/كانون الأول.
