The Jordan Summer Festival activities were suspended due to the Aqaba port incident

Weather of Arabia - The Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Nayef Hamidi Al-Fayez, said that the "Jordan Summer 2022" festival was suspended at the end of this week, due to the tragic accident in the port of Aqaba, on Monday.

According to a statement by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, on Tuesday, Minister Al-Fayez stated that concerts were scheduled to be held within the Jordan Summer Festival next Friday in the governorates of Madaba, Karak, Tafileh, Maan and Aqaba.

Al-Fayez expressed his condolences to the families of the victims, praying to God Almighty to have mercy on the victims, and to grant the injured a speedy recovery.
