ولا يعوّل على الحالة القادمة في جلب كميات جيدة من الهطولات أو في اعطاء دفعة مؤثرة في أداء الموسم المطري باستثناء لأجزاء محدودة من صحراء النقب والتي معدل هطولها الموسمي منخفض أساساً .
