ويأتي هذا المشهد عقب موجة الأمطار الغزيرة التي شهدتها الأجزاء الشمالية من الرياض، والتي صاحبها البرق والرعد وتساط زخات البرد، مُتسببة بحالة من الإرباك على شبكة الطرق.

 

وكانت الرياض قد تأثرت مساء الثلاثاء لليلة الثانية على التوالي بأحوالٍ جوية مضطربة تساقطت خلالها الأمطار الرعدية بغزارة، وذلك نتيجة لتأثر المنطقة بحالة من عددم الإستقرار الجوي.
