واشارت الفتوى أن القيام بتصوير المصابين وضحايا الحوادث، يتسبب بتعطيل و تأخير وصول الاسعاف والجهات صاحبة العلاقة لمكان الحادث لإسعاف المصابين، وقامت الدائرة  بنشر هذه الفتوى من خلال المواقع الالكترونية والصحف والوسائل الاعلامية المختلفة، والتنسيق مع ائمة المساجد حول الاشارة لهذه الفتوى في خطب يوم الجمعة.

 

كما قامت اذاعة الأمن العام بإعادة نشر الفتوى لأهميتها، خاصة فيما يتعلق بعمل كوادر الأمن العام والدفاع المدني في حال حدوث حوادث، للتسهيل من عملهم والمساعدة في اسعاف الضحايا والمصابين.
