List of the governorates in Jordan with the highest chances of rain showers on Thursday

Arab Weather App - Advanced computer simulation maps within the Arab Weather app indicate that Jordan will be affected by unstable weather conditions on Thursday, causing clouds to multiply at various altitudes and showers to fall in some areas.

The governorates with the highest chances of rain in the Kingdom on Thursday

According to a computer simulation conducted by the Arab Weather Center for the governorates with the highest chances of rain on Thursday, September 25, 2025, the following governorates are expected to experience showers, despite the lack of a fully integrated weather system.

• Ajloun Governorate
• Balqa Governorate
• Irbid Governorate
• Opportunities are lower compared to the governorates above in Mafraq, Zarqa, Jerash and some neighborhoods of Amman, especially the western part.
• Southern Highlands

Some of these showers are likely to be heavy in narrow geographical areas and for a short period of time, which increases the chance of water pooling and valley flow in limited areas. Moderate northwesterly winds will be active in the afternoon, sometimes accompanied by strong gusts, causing dust storms in desert and open areas.
